- Whisk thoroughly until fully combined and evenly blended.
- Pour into a standard pint-size mason jar or airtight container.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- To Make Yellow Rice
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 to 3 tablespoons yellow rice seasoning mix
- Optional: 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Add the rice, water, seasoning mix, and optional butter or oil to a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Stir once, cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 15–18 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
