Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grate 1 tbsp lime zest into a small bowl and set aside.
- Melt garlic butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp lime juice.
- Brush butter mixture on both sides of pita rounds.
- Cut each pita into wedges and arrange on baking sheets.
- Mix grated cheese with lime zest and sprinkle over wedges.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, switching trays halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
